When you scratch a lotto card, usually at the bottom left or right corner there is a letter. I know “X” means you lost, but what do the other letters such as “P” mean?

In Pennsylvania, the letters “B, J, K, P, Q, Z” mean that you lost. Those letters don’t have any significant numbers associated with them (i.e.: F T Y on a card means $ 50)
