I often here about these big lottery winners and I would love to participate in one of these lotteries. Is there anywhere that I can go to online where I can buy a legitimate lottery ticket. Can I participate if the lottery is in another state?

With that said, I would never trust an on-line source for buying these numbers.
You can buy tickets online for lots of lotteries. And there are some very reliable services. In some countries the official lottery sites allow you to buy online, but mostly these are 3rd parties who have agents in different countries who buy the actual tickets.
The problem is the ‘3rd party’ sites all charge far more money than the actual ticket price for their services. Often 5 times or even more, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
Yes you can buy tickets through http://www.usamega.com they are a legitimate butler service. They buy tickets for you, hold them and collect prizes for you. You can not have physical tickets mailed over state lines.
